Gallagher Consulting designed and delivered custom curricula for the State of West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources’ annual leadership conference. The five program workshops were based on the client’s priority leadership and culture competencies. The training content and delivery adhered to the principles of the Adult Leaning Theory. The Gallagher team presented 40 on-site sessions at the group’s week-long leadership conference. The workshops were highly-interactive and drew on the experience and knowledge of the participants. The programs offered a combination of lecture, discussion, interactive experiences, individual and group exercises, real-life examples, case studies, and fun! Gallagher also developed materials and a comprehensive workbook for attendees.
