Gallagher facilitated an inclusive and comprehensive strategic planning process for TourismOhio, which is part of the State of Ohio. Gallagher created and implemented a planning methodology which included three phases: I. Stakeholder Research and Input. II. Strategy Sessions and Plan Development, and III. Communication Rollout and Implementation. Gallagher worked closely with the 11-member Advisory Board and incorporated the views of hundreds of industry stakeholders, internal team, peer state agencies and industry partners. The final product, “Plan2Win” will lead TourismOhio into an even more prosperous industry driving billions to the bottom line in the state.
TourismOhio leveraged the strategic plan to successfully launch a new branding campaign for the State of Ohio and to increase the economic benefit of the tourism industry for the state.
