Gallagher Consulting Group spearheaded research and planning efforts for the Ohio Hospital Association. This involved directing all aspects of a multi-year strategic planning initiative that included research and customized planning retreats for the Board of Trustees and senior staff. The planning effort encompassed primary research and personal interviews with OHA stakeholders. i.e., Board members, staff, public officials, members, peers, industry experts. Gallagher authored the written strategic plan and suggested implementation for the organization.
Result
OHA used it strategic plan to guide its bold efforts to serve its members during unprecedented healthcare transformation. The organization has achieved 100 percent market share in Ohio.
