Consulted and directed all aspects of a multi-year strategic planning initiative for the National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA). This effort included primary research and personal interviews with NBWA board of directors. It also included facilitation of an offsite planning retreat for the board of directors and a similar retreat for executive staff members. Gallagher also authored the written strategic plan and suggested timeline for the organization.
Result
Using the plan facilitated and written by Gallagher Consulting, NBWA continues to gain influence among regulatory bodies, and is effectively pursuing an aggressive course to advance the interests of beer distributors in the United States.
