Memorial Health is an independent health system based in Marysville, Ohio. In addition to Memorial Hospital’s main campus, the system operates several satellite outpatient locations. It also works with the Memorial Medical Group – a network of more than 25 physicians and mid-level providers with office locations throughout the region. Memorial is experiencing strong performance and expansion and wants to ensure the organization is well-positioned for the future. Therefore, Memorial engaged Gallagher Consulting to ensure the organization has exceptional leadership talent and an organizational structure that efficient and sustainable.
Gallagher Consulting conducted an organizational review of the system’s leadership and provided actionable recommendations for Memorial Health related to talent management. Gallagher also provided the following related services:
- Designed the organizational restructuring process;
- Developed a communications rollout plan to announce the restructuring;
- Create a succession plan for the senior leadership team; and
- Designed a targeted development program for emerging leaders at Memorial Health.
Memorial Health has a newly-established organizational structure that supports future growth. The organization now has a leadership succession plan for each member of the executive team, and an emerging leaders program to cultivate future executives.
