Franklin University is a private college providing educational opportunities to undergraduate and graduate students. Franklin experienced a shift in enrollment in its popular MBA program, which prompted university leaders to examine this change in greater detail.
Gallagher Consulting developed and implemented research designed to analyze the cause of the shift. The study focused on key respondents including Central Ohio employers, Franklin University MBA students and graduates, and prospective MBA students. Insights learned through the process helped Franklin adapt to the changing demands of both its students and the companies hiring them.
