JobsOhio retained Gallagher Consulting Group to facilitate a staff retreat and planning session for its newly-expanded talent acquisition team. Gallagher designed the session and provided a forum for JobsOhio professionals to share ideas and focus on actionable planning. The retreat incorporated opportunities for the team to get acquainted and foster effective working relationships with colleagues. Participants received a personalized DiSC assessment report which provided insight about personal communication styles which can be leveraged to increase group productivity.
Result
The expanded talent acquisition team has been successfully advancing JobsOhio’s goal to drive job creation and new capital investment in Ohio through business attraction, retention, and expansion efforts.
