Over the past 30 years The Pizzuti Companies have developed a national reputation as leaders in industrial, commercial and mixed-use projects. In response to internal and external growth and change, the company needed to prioritize, streamline and restructure its organizational goals and priorities.

Gallagher planned and facilitated strategic planning retreats with senior management. The primary objective was to develop the strategic direction for the company. The retreats were also forums to create business development strategies geographically and by industry.
